Formulary Search

Our formularies are lists of drugs covered by Medi-Pak Rx (PDP) prescription drug plans.

The formularies cover all classes of drugs, but not necessarily all drugs within a class. For example, a formulary might have medicines that treat high blood pressure, but it might not have the specific drug your doctor prescribed for you. Check with your doctor to see if switching medications is an option for you.

Check the formularies to make sure your prescriptions are covered. Even if you don't see your prescription listed, call Medi-Pak Rx (PDP) to find out if there may be a suitable alternative available.
