It can include phone calls, video chats, emails or communication through a patient portal.

Ways to get care

Your doctor knows you and your medical history so they are a great first option.

Your primary care physician

Many doctors and mental health professionals are now treating their patients over the phone or with videoconferencing. If you have a routine visit scheduled or need care, call your doctor to see if telemedicine is an option.
