Erin Maxwell

Erin Maxwell oversees claims operations for Arkansas Blue Cross and most of its affiliate companies. She has held numerous leadership roles in her 18 years with the company and most recently served as lead executive of customer service and Medicare Advantage operations. Maxwell holds a bachelor's degree in communications and is currently pursuing her master's degree at the University of Arkansas – Little Rock. She attained her Professional Health Insurance Advanced Studies (PHIAS®) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans and is a Class of XXXII graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock and a graduate of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy. In addition to her many achievements, Maxwell was recognized as one of Arkansas' Finest Young Professionals in 2018 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
