Marcus James

Marcus James is senior vice president of Enterprise Internal Operations. He has oversight of the BlueAdvantage National Accounts and Regular Business, Health Advantage, Arkansas Blue Cross Regular Business and Exchange Business, USAble Mutual Insurance Company and BlueCard®. He oversees the BlueCard Customer Service and the AMISYS configuration staff that sets up the claims and membership systems for the enterprise, Customer Service, Claims, Customer Accounts, Internal Operations Technology and Support, Training, Quality Assurance, Administrative Services Only (ASO) Products and user acceptance testing.
