Time is running out to register your group/team/company for the 2020 Blue & You Fitness Challenge, which is held from March 1 to May 31 each year. Groups of colleagues, friends or family members can register to compete against other similarly sized groups from throughout the country!

Registration is at blueandyoufitnesschallenge-ark.com

Group registration for the Challenge ends February 14; the deadline for individuals is February 29.

During the 2020 contest, participants can expect:

MOBILE ACCES

We’ve made it easier than ever to log activity from the gym, the trail or the field. Participants can visit blueandyoufitnesschallege-ark.com and log activity from their phone or tablet.

JOURNEY MAP

When a participant logs activity, he or she earns points and a star for that day of logging. The star appears at a location in a fictional town. Each star contains a message and tip for how to make small wellness changes, proving you can start your health journey anywhere you are.

STAY ACTIVE

Individuals need to log at least 30 days of exercise to earn a completion certificate.
