Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield makes Forbes list for third consecutive year
Forbes magazine again ranked Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield among America’s Best Employers for mid-sized organizations. This is the third consecutive year for this prestigious recognition.
“Our employees are the backbone of our organization,” said Arkansas Blue Cross President and CEO Curtis Barnett. “Our commitment to them is a reflection of our commitment to our members and communities. We care about their well-being. We care about their futures, and we value their choice to be part of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.”
To compile the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 170,000 workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents rated their employer based on working hours, gender pay equity, opportunities for training and promotion, workload expectations, parental leave benefits, and diversity of the management team. Participants were also asked if they would recommend their employer to others.
Arkansas Blue Cross was also named among America’s Best Employers in 2022 and 2023. The magazine last year also ranked Arkansas Blue Cross among the Best Employers for Women and Best Employers for New College Grads.
