1095B tax forms will not be mailed in 2022

Under the Tax Cut and Jobs Act, Americans no longer need to verify proof of insurance coverage when they file their calendar year 2021 federal tax return. Due to this change, 1095B forms will not be mailed in 2022. If you still want a 1095B, you can access it through the Blueprint Portal.

You may also request a 1095B in the following ways:

• Non-exchange members send a letter to:
  Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  P.O. Box 2181
  Little Rock, AR 72203-2181
• Exchange members send a letter:
  Enterprise Exchange Services
  P.O. Box 2181
  Little Rock, AR 72203-2181

Under the law, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield must furnish a copy of a 1095B to the responsible individual within 30 days of receiving the request of receiving the request after the March 2 deadline.

If you have coverage through ARHOME, please go to the Arkansas Department of Human Services website to request a 1095B through them.

If you have an On-exchange plan, you will receive a 1095A from Exchange Services/CMS.
